The GoodLife Foundation (GLAF) is a newly registered non-profit headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State — founded to turn community-identified needs into lasting, well-governed programmes.
Why GLAF exists
Rivers State is home to enormous talent and resilience — and to gaps in opportunity that keep repeating across generations: unfinished education, underused skills, and communities left out of decisions that affect them.
GLAF was founded to close those gaps deliberately. Not with one-off donations, but with structured programmes, transparent governance, and partnerships that outlast a single project cycle. We are new, and we say so plainly — but our approach to planning, accountability and community engagement is built for the long term from day one.

How GLAF is governed
GLAF operates under a Board of Trustees that sets strategic direction and holds the Executive Director's office accountable. Programme leads report through the Executive Director, with an independent Finance & Audit committee reviewing spending each quarter.
